The person i have choosen is Frank Rizzo. He has a ver y special part in history because he was a Italian immargent and was the fisrt Italian mayor in Philadelphia. He use to say that he had to make a change for his people, and his community. Frank Rizzo looked as everyone as his family.
Frank Rizzo was one of my first picks for NHD because I'm very intersted in seeing how he made a difference in the Italian community, but not even that in all of Philadelphia community. He was a big part the Italian community of South Philadelphia. Now that he isnt living anymore the city has maroles and art work of Frank Rizzo all around the city. I'm very excited to get deep into this project. I want to know more then I do now. I want to know how he got to Philly, what changes he had made in the Philly community. Also I want to know how he became police comisner and all. I am very excited about this project and i cant wait to get deep into it.
